Turmeric Skies. I have used cyanotype and turmeric on this image taken in India. The weather has been dire here where I live and very little sun so really should have left this out for much longer but it was raining and I left it in the window to develop but I lack patience which resulted in a little editing, 🤐 🥴 #cyanotype #alternativeprocess #photography #nikon #cyanotypeprint #turmeric #alternativephotography #creative #india #photographysouls #thisaintartschool

I’ve been creating with my gelli plate today and decided to lift off the remaining paint onto newsprint paper, I love it’s delicacy and fragility. I thought i would experiment with collaging and layering, the paint and print building up the tenacity of the final pieces, I love afternoons like this when one thing leads to another and just flows.
